Swiss rounds – Maximum length of 60 minutes per round
Number of Swiss rounds based on attendance

Advancement
All players may participate in all Swiss rounds
A single-elimination top 4 or 8 may follow the Swiss rounds at the organizer’s discretion

All Universal Tournament Rules and D&D® Miniatures Floor Rules are in effect for this event unless specifically overruled by information in this Format Document
Players must bring pen, paper, map sheets, and appropriate counters

Each participant receives an alternate-paint mini, Chain Golem, (while supplies last)
3rd-4th finishers receive 1 Against the Giants expansion boxes each
2nd Place receives 2 Against the Giants expansion boxes

SATURDAY, May 3rd at 11:00 am, is our release event for Shadowmoor! come on down and enjoy the first chance ever at playing with these brand new cards!

For $25, you’ll receive 1 tournament pack of Shadowmoor and and 3 boosters of Shadowmoor. You’ll open them up and play all day! The top 8 will receive prizes and will draft for the final 8 for FREE!

Prize support will be given to as far down as the top 16 (depending on participation) and load of extras will be given away.

The top 8 from the Store Rankings are invited to our store’s Finals held March 15, 2008. The Store Finals are Standard Format, 16K and a regular REL, with one display of the most recent expansion for prizes and more alternate art promo cards available only to City Champs Store Finalists. The Store Finals have no entry fee.

The top two players from the Store Finals receive invitations to the 2008 City Championship held in Oklahoma City, OK. All City Championships take place on April 12, 2008. The City Championships are 24K with a competitive REL, and are Standard format. There is no entry fee for participating in a City Championship.

All City Championships offer the prize payout listed below, along with product prizes:

• 1st: Invitation to the 2008 US or Canada National Championship
• 2nd-4th: First-round Bye for 2008 Regional Championship
• 5th-8th: Second-round Bye for 2008 Regional Championship

Then 4 more rounds after the beginning of 2008.  Get your name posted on the 5 foot tall City Championships store scoerboard, show fayetteville what you’re made of!
